I had an unfortunate invasion of rodents and Family 1st showed up right away and took care of the problem. They are friendly and take their job seriously because they know how upsetting it is to have uninvited creatures in your home. I highly recommend them.

I was not ready to hear I had bed bugs as i think of myself as being very neat & clean, but found out I had bed bugs because of extensive traveling. I call Ricardo, who came to my house in record time, gave me a reasonable price & helped me get rid of the bugs. I am forever grateful to Ricardo. I am very pleased with the service I am receiving. The customer service provided was way beyond my expectation. He thoroughly excessed the issue which was a mouse problem and has followed up and worked hard to solve the problem. He makes me feel as if he genuinely cares about solving the mouse problem. He was on time for all my appointments and did not rush to leave. His price is very reasonable and he puts in way more work than what he charges for. I will definitely use him for all of my pest control in the near future
